Oh wait, what's that? They don't? So why is everyone freaking out?

I get that they're playing well and it will be a tough test. But the two games this year where BYU has really struggled came off bye weeks with excellent "scheme" coaches who not only had more time to prep but were introducing unknown commodities at QB and changing up their offensive schemes. Kansas ain't doing that.

They have a good QB, a good RB, and some good WRs. But we have a year's worth of film on them. You know who else had good pieces on offense? SMU, Baylor, Kansas State, Arizona, UCF. Without extra time to throw in massive wrinkles or start players with very little film, no team has been able to effectively fool Jay Hill. And the two teams that did it weren't able to figure it out long enough to pull out a win.

I trust in Jay Hill and these coaches and this defense. And our offense is playing as well as it has all year recently with our full complement of skill players at 100%. I think the only way we lose is if we give them points off turnovers or create very short fields multiple times. Because this defense has proven they'll likely get at least one turnover itself and have a good game plan to hold the offense in check otherwise.
