In the final drive, if Hinkley Ropati gets just a couple of inches more vertical (like 1 or 2 inches!) and he clears the safety that clips his foot, he's walking into the end zone for a touchdown. That would have been the #1 rivalry moment of all time, eclipsing Beck to Harline. If that guy hurdles TWO defenders to score what would be the game winner?? I'm not complaining about Ice-In-His-Veins-Ferrin being the hero, but Ropati was INCHES from being etched in Holy War lore. It was still an awesome run..
