assumed that they called the egregious hold on Batty. They called the hold on 82 though, who wrapped up Taggart at the line, and held him for a brief second. They get that first down there, and they can almost run out the clock.
So on one of the biggest offensive play of the game, 2 of their players held byu players to try to get an advantage, and in the biggest defensive play of the game, the defense held the receiver to keep him from breaking free. Almost like it’s not a coincidence at all.
I’m convinced Utah coached their players to do that in this situation, they expect the refs to swallow the whistle, and now they are pissed that the refs didn’t.
