If I want to represent myself as a buyer in a RE transaction, has the recent changes made that more difficult if buying
a MLS listed property?
How would you approach the listing agent to get them to allow you to see and potentially make an offer on the property?

I would text them and then call if they don't respond to my text

Any issues getting the listing agent to show the house to someone self representing?

Why couldn't the discount be a part of the offer? If I'm buying a house, put in an offer contingent upon the seller

Because of how the listing agreement is likely worded
