BYU fans responded the way they always do online with double and triple the amount of support for Xavion on his instagram BYU visit post vs. the other schools in contention... and his post has been up for less than 2 days. Nice work Cougar Nation.

The most notable like of his post came from none other than AJ Dybansta.... pls pls pls pls pls... ha

Ahead of tonight's commitment decision, what's odd to me right now is the disconnect that exists between Jamie Shaw's (On3 reporter) latest article from 10/28 that has BYU is in the lead for Staton and the ACTUAL On3 prediction machine which has UNLV in the lead (and BYU 2nd - full # below).

The prediction machine % forecast doesn't look like it's been updated since 8/1 so perhaps it's just outdated? Jamie Shaw said in HIS reporting that UNLV was our biggest threat so we'll see.

One more thing that's a big odd - there hasn't been a crystal ball prediction on Staton. Usually SOMETHING comes out as we get closer to a high profile recruit's commitment date. Not sure if it's because the BYU visit was so close to his actual commitment date but again, usually things start to leak out as we get closer to a commitment date.

Let's hope things go our way... him committing to BYU this evening could be the start of an absolutely EPIC BYU sports week.
