Gerrit Cole is a baller. Totally unflappable. Perfect command of the zone.
He is the real deal. He did everything he could to help the Yankees win last night. (And in game one).
His teammates did not help him.
Should he have covered first? Absolutely. But, he put them in a position to win. Can’t ask much more than that.
