Not a specific class, but I had a professor who had the best real-world prep of
any class ever.

His exams were open book, and timed.

His logic was as such:
-The real world is open book. You have unlimited resources to get your answer, so the exams will be given with the book.
-The real world has deadlines. Despite unlimited resources, there are budgets and deadlines.

So, you'll have an open book, but if you dont know where to look or how to get the answer, you'll never finish in time.
