Not liking BYU comes from.

I listen to local Sports Talk Radio when I'm in the car and I'm not ashamed to say it. I think local radio has been doing a great job of covering byu.

Some of you want pure homerism. I don't. All the glowing talk of BYU Sports on Utah sports radio right now is way more enjoyable knowing that it's coming from a little bit more objective eyes. Some fans have the attitude of any criticism of BYU is wrong to do, even if the criticism is true.

I've talked with PK at a couple different BYU football scrimmages in August from teams of yesteryear, and he was quite humble actually. But he has a job to do and that is to try to entertain. No one's style of entertaining is going to be everyone's cup of tea.

I think his mixing in of religious references while talking about byu is kind of fun. Definitely keeps more listeners than not attention, whether they like the references or not.

Listen to this segment and tell me they aren't happy for BYU. Especially the last few minutes. Plus, this all drives their ratings even higher, so why wouldn't they like it?
