I have been a Cougar fan from the 1970s and have wanted my kids and grandkids to fan with me. Our kids cheered with me through the years, but things weren’t really catching on with the grandkids because my extreme fandom was not really passing down to the grandkids.

We have now had five grandkids recently go to the games (KState two grandsons, OSU two granddaughters, and UCF with our grandson in St. Augustine) and they are beginning that sweet conversion process to be devoted Cougar fans due to the hype with the games, the way we have won, and the way they felt at the games.

They have also noticed the good people that they watch who are also fans! They are excited to be able to go to the games with “Grandpa and Grandma”, even being old people!

Thanks for such a great year BYU and for helping that conversion as fans occur!
