I’ve struggled on and off mildly with depression throughout my life. Since my dad passed away it’s been a lot more frequent and seems to be much deeper than before. Majority of my days are good, but when they’re bad they’re bad. I’m just venting, felt like I needed to say it into the universe. Not trying to be a downer at all.
