in the neighborhood, not at church, not in extended family, not among my co-workers kids... they just don't exist, or are extremely rare. Except on the soccer fields, suddenly these huge 8-9yo kids with insane strength and athletic ability appear in large quantities on other teams. Interesting phenomenon.
