What are we waiting for? No really, I don't really want them to be....I like rural Utah....but I was driving down there recently and I forgot how close it all was to Provo. Probably been 15 years since I turned out that way. It was kind of charming area....lots of ranch kids hanging around. A bunch of irrigation canals. Like 2 minutes on I-15. Just surprised me that it was still as rural as it is.
