I don't do this often, but I think my fellow fans need it. Yes, UCF has some very nice, disruptive athletes. But we win
that road match by 10+ points on Saturday.
Iowa St did NOT take UCF seriously enough & got themselves in a position that SHOULD'VE lost em that game.
The reason ISU ended up pulling that game out has less to do with the heroics of their D & their QB — & more to do with the ineptitude of UCF on first & second down. Their QB, in MOST regards, definitely LOOKS like a Freshman QB.
UCF is dangerous, but they are NOT good. And their record correctly reflects that. A few of the other "bad" teams in the Big12 — like Kansas, Baylor & OkSt — give one much more reason for concern on the road than UCF does.
