Bronco faced Whittingham in 2015 in his last game at BYU. We lost. Bronco and Whittingham hate each other. Imagine Whittingham having to coach against Bronco in what is almost certainly going to be his last game as a college football head coach. Bronco could pay him back and Ute fans would have to deal with three really sour facts.
1. Whittingham is retiring.
2. They lost to New Mexico and Bronco.
3. They haven’t won a bowl game since 2018.
