I actually think he’s fired a couple that have been very good and some have gone on and been successful.

Does he ever self reflect and wonder about if he has a good hiring process or if he’s setting the OC up for success? For example, just switching the best athletes on offense to defense would bug me as an OC and then pointing the finger at the offense every time it sputters seems crazy
