I'm in Kansas City for a convention, and was talking to a server during lunch. He saw my BYU shirt, and gushed about how much he enjoyed having the BYU basketball team stay in the hotel last year. He said Holmoe was a wonderful AD who was very humble and approachable, speaking Spanish to many of the workers. Also the players were very well mannered and Pope was wonderful to interact with too. He was very impressed by one player getting ready to serve a mission (who was that?). He just loved our team, and spouted a lot of information about our play, showing he has become a fan who watches us and cheers us on. He gushed for about 10 minutes about how great we are.

I love to hear stories like that, of BYU players and coaches representing us well.
