texas has played mississippi state. that’s their only SEC game not counting OU. they’d be at the bottom of the big 12.

OU has played tennessee, had 9 starters out and still likely wins if hawkins started, and auburn, who OU did beat on the road with 13 (THIRTEEN) starters out.

OUs defense is near the top of the SEC. OUs offense last year was top 5 in the country in efficiency. Most of OUs offensive coaches were here during the stoops and riley days. however, 1 bad OC hire erases that success for now.

OU and texas are built the exact same way. in fact, the recruiting since both coaches have been there is almost identical.

just interesting that when one of the big 12 teams is good it’s cause they’re built for the SEC and not the big 12, and when the other isn’t it’s cause they’re built for the big 12, not cause it has one bad coach.

just seems kinda ignorant to me, especially when OU has the 2nd best win % against SEC teams in the country, and was a lowly big 12 team for all but 2 of those nearly 200 games. and coming from a guy who thought his team should’ve been in the natty and then lost by 14 points to 2 loss, big 12 Oklahoma.
