It wasn’t making an inaccurate throw, it was a short RB lobbing a ball high in the air to a guy he probably couldn’t even see while multiple defenders were in his face, and then Jake forcing a throw into an area with two smothered receivers when he should have throw it away.

Both were passes that should have never been thrown. Avoid both, and good chance we come away with a field goal or better on both drives.
