SUCKS! I have tried to talk to a human for over a month.

I went to their customer service website site and read numerous customer complaints like mine.

Got a human by saying I was canceling. Got a human and said I really want a human in technical support.

Said OK, I will transfer you. Same place asking me to use virtual.

Venting here because I am working remote and don't have anyone here to complain to. E-mail not working.
