A lot of head scratching about the woes of an Oklahoma St team that returned a lot of starters from last year including Ollie Gordon and the same guys who were blocking for the Doak Walker winner. A guy on a podcast mentioned yesterday that just before the season started OSU coach Mike Gundy said that his players "needed to stop worrying about NIL money, and start paying attention to playing football."

Maybe OSU's players are lacking the focus and drive needed for success based on a feeling that they are not being sufficiently compensated?
