Despite his limited games, his passing yardage total ranked as the third-most among Power Five true freshmen, the eighth-most among FBS true freshmen and the most among Big 12 true freshmen ... Saw his first playing time in the win over UAPB ... Did not complete a pass in the game but had two carries for nine yards ...
