Utah seems to have had problems in the QB department and that inability to have that position perform well has stalled its offensive efforts. Its defense is more than adequate if it had a competent offense.

I haven't followed the other teams.

Iowa State appears to be performing at or above expectations.

Arizona State, like BYU, is performing above expectations.

Tech, what were the expectations for it?

WVa, UCF, and Houston appear to be performing at expectations if I recall correctly.
