It plays like a comedy of errors, and I honestly feel bad for the individual. However, I also have to say that Cam Rising did everything right. Who else born in the 20th century has been able to make NIL money for as long as him? We joke about his age (kind of silly from us, but our guys take 2 years off to reach that age). We joke about "If Cam Rising would have played...". But when it comes down to it, for a talented QB who gets injured a lot, he's made a lot of money even though he started college 2 years before NIL started.

I hope he's been smart with it, because he could pay cash for a house and basically be set for life with that.
