Love the discipline and maturity of our team this year. It's rarely mentioned but the average number of penalties per game is down dramatically in 2024. The overall average in college football is around 6 penalties per game and BYU is currently averaging 2.5. Several reasons for it I'm sure but good coaching along with player intelligence and maturity are certainly factors. Proud of our guys for playing smarter this year. Keep up the good work!
