in the HC at BYU? or do they just not enforce a hair length rule for the athletes?

I knew a handful of people there 20+ years ago who got away with long hair / beards. It was b/c they were in majors where the profs just didn't care and they didn't have to go to the testing center (e.g., art majors). But the athletes are obviously high profile. I was surprised to see as much long hair as I did.
