Brisket in the pellet smoker last night, put it in at 9, checked it at midnight and 3 am
Abe it was fine. Internal temp was 167 at 3. Got up at 6 to wrap it and the smoker had failed and shut off. Temp was 120. Wrapped it and put it in the oven. How screwed up is it going to be?
