in Payson are advertising stem cell treatment to fix worn out knees. They inject the stem cells with a hypodermic needle. They are not licensed medical personnel. I don’t know the extent of their training. They can’t or will not bill insurance. Does anyone know if this process is on the up and up? Does it actually work. I thought stem cells were a highly guarded commodity. How do they get them? Any information would be appreciated. Thank you.
