I had the worst cramp/charley horse in my calf last night.. It hit me so hard/fast i fell out of bed onto the floor..
.. in the middle of the night.
I can't remember ever having a cramp that bad before. My entire leg felt like it was getting electrocuted, all of my muscles tightened up, couldn't move my foot. The pain was so bad I couldn't even cry out.
worst.... feeling.... ever. I can't remember the last time I was in that much pain.
