A few minor ones over the years for me, but the last serious blow was all the way back in middle school. I was standing there and some clown tees up a soccer ball and blasts it right into my crotch before I could react. I was down on the ground instantly, rolling around in pain for a minute or two. Has to be some of the worst pain a male can experience.
