This Season - They'll likely win a few but lose a few more and end the year in the 7-10 or 8-9 range.

Then...they'll move on from Ulbrich and go hire Ben Johnson (Lions OC) or someone like Lincoln Riley, or maybe even make a run at Vrabel or Belichick (unlikely though as he hates the Jets). BUT, they won't lose enough to end up with a high enough pick to get get a top 3 QB, so they'll have to run out 41 year old Rodgers again OR go try and trade for a re-tread somewhere.

Next year they'll likely be in the 7-10 - 8-9 range again...and they'll trade for 40 year old Stafford, or give Justin Fields his 3rd chance, or go get Tua when the Dolphins tire of him....and the Jets cycle of awfulness continues.
