Just heard from a friend in Tampa that he and his family can't evacuate because the roads are backed up, gas stations
Are out of gas, and any hotels are all booked. So they're going to ride it out.
I'm kind of dumbfounded that they didn't leave a while ago. Seems like a very bad decision, but at this point I don't know that they have options.
