If throwing things at players is not right (and I agree). what about this from ESPN

"While warming up before the bottom of the sixth, Machado threw a baseball into the Dodgers' dugout, and threw it with enough force to catch the attention of both the umpires and the Dodgers' dugout."

So, is this okay? Why wasn't he tossed if the umpires saw it? Will there be a fine?
