Smoking pulled pork. Both were at temp when I pulled them off the smoke and
both are resting. But the rest may be longer than I had anticipated. What’s the best way to re-heat? Keep in tinfoil and throw in oven? For reference the rest will be around 3 hours for one and like 5 for the other. Normally I rest for 1.5-2 hours but I know some people go up to 3.
