The other team should get to either add 30 seconds or take 30 seconds off off the clock. And then in the final 2 minutes it would still be the normal 10 second runoff rule but it would also be a choice where the non injured team can add 10 seconds if they are the ones who want more time.

Not sure if this is the right answer but something has to be done about all the fake injuries
