What should the game plan against Arizona be? Feels really important this game.
This far into the season both teams will have plenty of tape on the other. Strengths, weaknesses and tendencies are no longer a question. We know they have a talented QB who looked more like last years version against Utah. They have a great receiver, and some aggressive DB’s.

This feels like the game, with our full stable of RB’s back, that we really try to establish a dominant running game early. Sustained drives that chew clock, keep our defense fresh, limit their potential explosive offense, and minimize their good secondary would go a long way towards a win.

If we can keep down and distance manageable with solid running, and force their secondary to commit more to the run game, it should open up easier passing lanes for Retzlaff. Should allow for some TE involvement as well. I know many Ute fans thought that their receivers were manhandled by Arizona DB’s all game but it looked like very solid coverage to me.

Hoping our line can open up some holes and our RB’s run violently.
