How do I fight a speeding ticket? I haven't gotten any kind of ticket in over
a decade, but got one in podunk Nebraska last week.
Should I show up on my court date and dispute it?
If the cop who issued it doesn't show will I get out of it?
If he does show up and I lose will I pay any extra?
