It transcends coaches, OCs, GMs, everything but the owner and the city/ fan base. Personally my guess is that the owner sets the culture of unreasonable expectations and impatience to develop quality QB play. That gets translated down through the organization and is self sabotaging.

The whole media market being hypercritical angle is overblown except for however it also affects the impatience of the coaches/ GM IMO. I don’t think a player misses a pass because they’re thinking about something that someone posted about them last week.
