I'm no gambler but if I was I'd bet the house on the DBacks winning today. The
Padres, by losing can guarantee their wildcard opponent has to play at least 1 game on Monday before traveling to San Diego.
They have negative incentive to win.
And despite having Machado and Tatis, I assume there are people in their organization smart enough to realize it.
