Part of a large group. We thought we were being careful about picking the right location. Needed a full ring and official site. We were by the river with an established parking lot and thought it was legit.

Looks like that's a class b misdemeanor and pay 230. Only defense is that we were confused on the spot. Probably not successful to fight that.

I think it will come up on employment background checks for the next 5 years. Not a big deal right?
