I was weak and gave a 10% tip. No one here. Takes like 8 minutes to get out soup. Cold. Then took it back up and nicely asked for hot soup. They brought it back with apologies. Still cold. Now my wife is taking it up.

$16 for cold soup! Twice! I was about to go ask for our money back.
