Ok, after a few minutes and my HR has returned to normal, here are my thoughts:

We got destroyed with injuries today. With multiple OL out (including your team captain, senior center who calls pressures) as well as your top 3 runnings backs out, it’s no wonder the offense struggled in the second half.

Offense played well when healthy.

Defense played well at the end when we needed them too.

At the end of the day, good teams find a way to win. In the face of adversity and injury they manufacture a way to win.

10:00 am body clock game. On the road in a place we have never won. In the heat and humidity.

We found a way. It was ugly. But we won.

Good teams find a way to win tough games.

I was terrified if this game and we made it work. Got the W.

I’m still “in” on this team.

I still think we get 4-5 more wins.
