Do grandkids (let's assume pretty young, but I don't know) understand how to separate "Grandma" from "the actress playing McGonagall in the movie"?

I'm sure lots of kids have to deal with that, but I just kind of wondered in this case, with Harry Potter being more of a kids movie, so they probably saw it pretty young....
