Seeing that Dylan Cease will be pitching tonight for San Diego reminded me that
the Braves tried hard to get Aaron Nola, didn't happen. Then they talked with the White Sox for weeks in a try for Cease, didn't get him. Instead, they settled for a guy the Red Sox were willing to pay his entire 2024 salary in exchange for an unproven SS.
Pretty frustrating that the Braves had to settle for the 2024 NL Cy Young.
