As I read this article, I think of all the "contracts" we are required to sign for medical treatment to take away our right to sue in court, but be subject to arbitration. We don't have the power not to sign or we'd never find a doctor.
PAC12 was against the wall for sure when they signed, but tell me they didn't notice the clause. If they signed anyway, then I say they're on the hook. They have the money. This makes a big dent, but they did sign knowing.
