while at the same time including K-State (there were nine voters not including BYU - of those eight still had K-State on their ballots). I assumed that it was because they had gone to bed sometime in the 2nd quarter, but of those eight including K-State, all had dropped K-State from their prior week's ballot position so that can't be the explanation. It's absurd to me that you can rank team B below team A after team B throttles team A and has a better record. I'm sure it will all work itself out by year's end.
