He had a dominating program at Great Oak and now he has dominating teams at Herriman.

What is his coaching philosophy that makes him so successful? What do his athletes do different that gets them so fast at such young ages? It has to be more than just hard work, high mileage, and year round commitment that makes his teams better. Other teams do that too.

Woodbridge is one of the biggest west coast meets of the year and it wasn’t even competitive for them.
