Notes:
-Texas' win at Michigan is looking better than Tennessee's win at Oklahoma so I'm moving the Longhorns up to #1 in SEC.
-I still have USC as the 3rd best team in Big 10. Oregon may be undefeated but they mostly have not looked very good. USC gets Penn St at home in a few weeks. Whoever wins that game has a very good shot at the playoffs.
-UNLV is the group of 5 representative for now but I don't really trust them long-term and JMU put on a show yesterday.
-Utah is winning with a young, mostly ineffective QB. If Rising comes back healthy, they are a legit top 6-8 team. Iowa St may be the 2nd best team in the Big XII this year and Utah gets that game at home.
-I also have Miami,Fl as the best ACC team but like UNLV I sort of expect them to struggle down the stretch.
