I'm doing presentations with a lot of numbers on the screen, so I want to be able to draw a circle around key numbers, erase them, circle another key number, erase it, and then click over to mouse mode to move to a different section of the Excel sheet. Every time I do something on the screen, I have to maneuver over to the annotation bar, then click erase, then click the mouse or pen, draw again, click the erase, click the pen, etc. Over the course of a 60-90 minute financial analysis that is a lot of time......
Surely there is a shortcut key to erase all drawings on the screen and another to reactivate the pen?
If not, how do regular Zoom users not lose their minds if they have to move over to the annotation bar to click the button every time they want to draw, erase, draw in a new place or scroll to a different part of a worksheet?
