And with all of the injuries he's sustained, it doesn't surprise me he's lost a half step or even a full step. He doesn't hit gaps well, doesn't create yards after contact, and can't seem to make the first defender miss. He's only useful in very specific situations. I'd be shocked (but not surprised) if he lines up against KSU as RB1 instead of Huanga or Moa, who both are getting better YPC than Davis. I respect Davis. He's had a very frustrating career at BYU, but if Moa and Huanga shine, Davis will likely again get buried on the depth chart.
