I've got my life insurance health check up on Friday morning. Is there anything
I can do before then to lose weight, lower blood pressure, cholesterol, etc? I realize it's a bit late in the game, but are there shirt term things that can be done?

Based on weight, I'm right on the border between their middle pricing tier and higher tier. I'm thinking I'll fast before, but I need to not go in dehydrated either.
